Shipping policy

United States shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping rates

U.S. shipping is free when your product subtotal is over $250 after discounts, before store credit is applied. Orders with a discounted product subtotal of $250 or less ship for $12.95. Store credit is a payment method and does not change free-shipping eligibility.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you submit your order. This applies to one-time orders and, when available, each subscription delivery.

Processing time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed after your Zelle or Cash App payment has been verified. Orders remain awaiting payment until the transfer is confirmed.

Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s transit time.

Damaged products

If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately at reed@otterpeps.com with your order number and clear pictures of the damaged product so we can review the issue.
